Step 1 : create a free account.
Visit https://skills.ai/accounts/login/ and create a free account with either Google or Linkedin.
If you prefer to use your work email, or personal email, feel free to shoot us an email and we will set it up for you within 1 business day.
Once you have created your account using Google or LinkedIn, you will be redirected to our welcome page.
Click on My Analytics button on the left corner of your screen-
Step 2. start a new data analytics.
Click on “New Analytics” button to create a new AI Analytics-
Step 4. choose data source.
We handle a variety of data sources, including but not limited to
1. upload your own .csv data;
2. share your data through a Google Sheet (requires a Pro plan);
3. connect to a database (requires a Team plan).
For demo purpose, we use google sheets.

You will land on “Set up your data” page
Step 5. set up your analytics
- Give your data to help you remember what this analytics is about.
- Copy and Paste a sharable Google sheet URL, or if you have selected CSV file you will be prompted to upload your CSV file
- (Important) Provie a description of the dataset to help AI set the right context.
- Click “Upload” button to finish the setup.
Step 6. set up analytics objectives
A good data analytics usually starts with a list of important questions.
You can either enter your analytics questions manually, or ask AI to provide some inspirational questions to choose from by clicking the “Generate Goals” button.
Each row will become a dedicated analytics section in the next step, feel free to edit/delete/remove any analytics questions.
You can always come back to this step and add/delete new analytics question.
Now press “Save Goals” button to start your data analysis-
Step 7. let the fun begin - analyzing your data with AI.
All you need to do is sit back and click and our AI Analytics Co-pilot will effortlessly craft code, generate stunning visualizations, uncover crucial Insights, and prepare captivating keynotes for you within minutes.
Click on “generate Code” play button and Analytics will start generating code for your analytics-
AI Analytics does all the data processing and gives your analysis and also provides you with editable code that you can change according to your requirements.
Here’s your analytics-
Want to copy or share your analysis with the world? You can copy processed data directly from skills.ai. Additionally, you can now export your data in your preferred format: csv, xlsx, or pdf.
Just click on the format of your preference and a file of your analysis will be downloaded, and if you click on ‘Copy’ then your data will be copied to your clipboard and you can paste by simply pressing “CMD + V” on your keyboard.
Now let’s visualize the data on a chart.
Click on “Visualize Data” play button and AI Analytics will start plotting a chart for you-
AI Analytics will automatically generate a stunning charts for you-
Now, next let’s generate some insights.
Click on the “Generate analytics” play button as shown below-
Based on the analysis Analytics will generate crucial insights-
After generating analytics, visualizations and insights, you can preview your report, hand crafted by Analytics.
Click on the “Preview Report” button-
Our AI copilot Analytics tool will write the executive summary on the fly-

Want to edit your report or keynote using Microsoft Office, no problem.
You can export your report to PDF to share with your customers, or export to a Word docx document for further editing.
Or export the slides to PowerPoint.
